Grief as a Sacred Ground
Grief is not a problem to solve; it is a universal experience and a doorway into our deepest humanity.
In this workshop, we will explore spiritual and somatic practices drawn from diverse traditions, while introducing a framework to help participants understand and alchemize the complex emotions that accompany loss. Together, we will learn to hold grief not with resistance, but with tenderness and curiosity.
Participants will leave with practical tools and a sense of community to support them on the continuing journey of healing.
